Sales and Marketing Techniques
Learn about the fundamentals of prospecting, networking, pipeline management, client retention, objection handling and building relationships. This course will help you to identify and generate prospective clients, qualify and provide value, handle objections and understand finalising and closing.
Introduction to Commercial Utilities
During this 5 hour course, you will learn about the history of the commercial utilities market, the fundamentals of gas, electricity and water generation and supply, how the procurement process works and how to analyse an energy bill. This course will give you the knowledge to speak to your prospects, with confidence.
Delivered via a series of online sessions, or in a face-to-face classroom setting, costs are dependent on choosing 1 or 2 courses:
1 course = £100 (inc VAT)
2 courses = £150 (inc VAT)
Both courses include the AQA registration fee, which allows your completed course to be accredited by the AQA, who on completion will also issue your certificates.
