VACANCY: Bureau Services Administrator

Full Power Utilities are looking for a a full-time Bureau Services Administrator.

The role is to provide administrative and accounting support to the bureau services team. The ideal candidate will have utility industry knowledge as well as previous experience within an administrative/account support role. The successful candidate will deal with all areas of the billing and the customer service area of the bureau services as well as provide support to account managers and Head of Bureau Services.

What does the job entail? 

  • Work closely with the bureau team and provide administrative support on commercial bill validations and residential utility billing.
  • Log and resolve level one residential customers’ billing and accounting queries.
  • To provide support on collecting metering data and tenants’ details for change of tenancies.
  • Allocate daily banking payments to residential customers, using an in-house billing platform.
  • Assist with submitting timely and accurate billing validation statements.
  • To update internal databases of customer details and billing charges.
  • Attend meetings with clients and bureau team to provide support for proposal and new projects presentations.

Full Power Utilities are looking for an experienced Administrator able to provide back office support whilst acquiring knowledge of our energy procurement and pricing process. The right candidate for this support role requires the ability to work to timelines to ensure they are meeting business targets and objectives. We are looking for someone with a strong personality that is eager and willing to assist the team with administrative duties.

What does the job entail? Key skills required include:

  • Contract management.
  • Data entry.
  • Managing supplier contacts.
  • Portal and CRM input.
  • Obtaining business details.

This role would be suitable for a strong communicator who is committed to the growth of the business and considers themselves to be proactive and a quick learner.

VACANCY: Trainee Energy Consultant

Full Power Utilities are looking for a a full-time Trainee Energy Consultant. 

This role provides an opportunity for someone to start a career in sales, in a consultative selling environment – this is not a direct sales opportunity, so no cold calling is involved. Reponsibilities include:

  • Account Management - the successful candidate will be required to engage with prospects and existing clients, to understand their energy needs and find the best solution for them.
  • Leads will be fed to the successful candidate on a continual basis to help establish and grow your client portfolio.
  • You will handle client renewal opportunities from our existing client base.
  • Build relationships with solution partners to identify the best products for clients.
