This policy aligns with our company culture and values which we actively strive to enforce at all times to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere throughout our organisation and where possible through our supply chains.

Full Power Utilities Ltd will continue to build and improve on our current practices, to ensure that we are consistently achieving the statement above. This is done via stringent compliance of all our standards and processes and the continual audit and improvement by Directors, Managers and HR.

Responsibility
Full Power Utilities Ltd recognises and acknowledges that slavery and human trafficking remains a problem for a modern-day society. Our aim as a company is to identify our responsibility by alerting all employees to the risks, in our business and in our wider supply chain. Employees are expected and encouraged to report any concerns they may have.

Principles
Full Power Utilities Ltd will achieve our policy to identify and mitigate any risk in the following ways:

  • Strict vetting / verifications of the right to work upon all employee’s commencement of employment.
  • Continual review of our practises to ensure all employees are paid at least the minimum wage.
  • The company will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery of human trafficking.
  • We encourage and promote the right to report any concerns.
  • We have a zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all our business relationships to encompass and comply with the same ethics and values as we do.
