  • How long will it take to change supplier/s?
    It can take up to 4 weeks to change suppliers and we will oversee the process on your behalf.

  • How much does your service cost?
    Our service is provided FREE of charge to our clients. We are remunerated by the supplier/s in return for the business we bring them

  • Do I have to do anything to change supplier? 
    The only thing you must do is give the required notice of termination to your supplier/s within the stated termination period as defined in your contract’s terms and conditions. Full Power Utilities will arrange this for you. 

  • How do I get a quote?
    We ask clients to Email or fax us a recent copy of their Electricity, Gas and/ or Telecoms bill and you will be contacted by one of our Consultants to discuss your utility requirements and options. Your designated Consultant will conduct a full search and market tender of all the suppliers in the market, in addition to renegotiating with your existing supplier. The quotes they obtain and offer you will detail any savings you can expect from those negotiated rates.

  • Why do you need to see a copy of my bill?
    Your bill shows us specific information. This information, including unique supply numbers and meter codes, is required in order for us to carry out the analysis and market tender and are vital for negotiating a Tariff for you.

  • Why do you need a Letter of Authority?
    Due to Data Protection laws, a Letter of Authority is required in order for suppliers to pass over historical information and consumption details regarding your usage and to ensure Full Power Utilities are fully compliant.

How do we provide a free service to our clients?

Regardless of which Electricity, Gas or Telephone company you choose, a commission is paid to us by that supplier.
