Frequently asked questions

  • How long will it take to switch supplier?
    It takes approximately 3-6 weeks to switch suppliers and we will oversee the process on your behalf.

  • How much does your service cost?
    Our service is provided free of charge to the client. For each contract that we arrange, we charge our fee to the selected supplier.

  • Do I have to do anything to change supplier?
    The only thing you must do is give notice of termination to your supplier within the termination period as defined in your contract terms and conditions.

  • How do I get a quote?
    We ask clients to fax us a recent copy of their gas, electricity and/or telecoms bill and you will be emailed a quote based on a search of alternative suppliers in the market in addition to renegotiating with your existing supplier. The quote will detail the savings you can expect from the rates we have offered.

  • Why do you need to see a copy of my bill?
    Your bill shows us specific information required in order for us to carry out the analysis and tender the market

  • Why do you need a Letter of Authority?
    Due to Data Protection laws a Letter of Authority is required in order for suppliers to pass over historical information regarding your usage and for Full Power Utilities to be full compliant.
